I know people were taught that breast meat is the "healthiest" but I'm here to tell you that the science does not support this. The breast meat is the LEAST NUTRITIOUS part of the chicken. FACT.
Benefit to this recipe: It’s a crockpot/slowcooker recipe, so it’s fast to prepare with little work; A set-it-and-forget-it recipe, if you will, that won’t heat up your house.
