Spicy Crockpot Chicken

“LOVE YOUR GUTS, LOSE YOUR GUT” Program Law #5: If you want to MAKE healthier tissue in your body (skin, hair, nails, intestines, joints, bones, brain), you have to EAT lots of tissue (where those nutrients live), i.e. the skin & the dark, nutrient-dense cuts have all the gut-supporting nutrients! #liketreatslike #breastmeatsucks

I know people were taught that breast meat is the "healthiest" but I'm here to tell you that the science does not support this. The breast meat is the LEAST NUTRITIOUS part of the chicken. FACT.

Benefit to this recipe: It’s a crockpot/slowcooker recipe, so it’s fast to prepare with little work; A set-it-and-forget-it recipe, if you will, that won’t heat up your house.

(If you are allergic to nickel, substitute shallots for onions. Hope you enjoy!
